This website is informational and does not accept orders or payments. A conversation does not create a subscription or reserve a delivery date. We confirm readiness, source access, and a written service agreement before paid enrollment.
What the service includes
Cuevani is digital software with guided setup for a defined review workflow. Setup covers the agreed workflow, source-access review, starter rules, and an authorized sample check. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or physical returns.
Prices and initial payment
Published prices are in USD. Paid enrollment is designed to collect the one-time setup fee together with the first monthly or annual subscription payment. Setup is additional to the subscription. Any applicable tax and complete amount due must be shown before payment.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront at the agreed annual amount. Inbox, Legal Intake, and Screening annual prices are pending confirmation; no annual enrollment for those products is offered at an assumed price. No free processing trial or waived setup is advertised.
Delivery and service start
The supported source, setup scope, access prerequisites, and service start are agreed in writing before a charge. A connection that needs provider approval cannot be promised for a fixed date before that approval is obtained.
Cancellation and refunds
There are no website purchases or active website subscriptions to cancel or refund. Before paid enrollment is enabled, the service agreement and this page must state the actual renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. This page does not impose a non-refundable setup policy, promise a refund window, or create a money-back guarantee that has not been agreed.

Payment information
No card details are entered or processed on this website. Stripe integration is planned as a separate step. Payment processing will be enabled only after Stripe setup and verification are complete.
